要旨
This paper proposes, “a repair system by the fixed-term rental housing act” as the method of reuse of vacant traditional houses. The contract method and the process of repair compose the system. We survey and investigate systematic and technical subjects for the realization of this system with the aim of practical use. We survey the contract method, repair points and living conditions of the repaired houses in this paper, and found the subject of this system. As a result, there doesn’t seem any reinforcing of heat insulation and earthquake-proof. In this way, it was cleared that it needs to investigate about the technical method. Moreover, one case has the same contract method, it’s secured a long-term residence and the lessee repaired the house in large scale. The validity of this system was confirmed by existence of this case.

セメンテーションを有する地すべり粘土の残留強度特性

要旨
This paper describes influences of normal stress, shear displacement rate, consolidation and shear stress histories on residual strength of undisturbed and artificially cemented clays having cementation. A series of reversal box shear tests was carried out on undisturbed and remolded samples of 3 landslide clays, remolded sample of kaolin, remolded and intact samples of kaolin mixed with ordinary Portland cement. As a result, the residual strength of the samples with cementation is as same as those without cementation. The residual strengths of the undisturbed and the cemented samples, as well as the remolded sample, linearly increase with increasing the shear displacement rate. The residual strengths of the undisturbed and the cemented samples are not affected by consolidation stress history.

維持流量を季節的に変化させる河川のPHABSIMを用いた生息場評価

要旨
The minimum flow of the ohyama river changes seasonally. At present time, from 21th March to 30th September, the minimum flow is 4.5 m3/s, and that is 1.8 m3/s from 1st October to 20th March. The minimum flow is 1.5 m3/s before. The effect of the minimum flow on the physical situations, for example, water width, water depth and flow velocity, are studied by using an numerical simulation. Furthermore, a physical habitation for an ayu also is estimated by using the PHABSIM. It is conformed that the increase of the minimum flow gives good physical situation to ayus.

台風9918号による高潮災害時における宇部市床波の住民の避難行動と防災意識

要旨
The typhoon 9918 induced a typhoon tide in Tokonami, Ube. Nobody was killed by the typhoon tide, however Tokonami area suffers great damage. Evacuation behaviors to the typhoon tide and interests in disaster are investigated by a questionnaire survey. The main results are as follows;
 1) Few inhabitations in Tokomami made an evacuation behavior. It may be thought that they had already lost opportunity for making the evacuation behavior. 
2) It might not be said that inhabitations in Tokonami have high interests of the disaster protection.
 3) The most interesting disaster for inhabitations in Tokonami is a flood disaster and second one is an earthquake. This result is influenced by the local characteristic and the characteristic of Japan.

要旨
In this research, it carries out for the purpose of establishing the evaluation method for selecting a suitable repair material to the repair work of a future cultural property masonry structure by clarifying the long-term dynamic performance and long-term quality of brick and masonry structure. Then, some kinds of repair material was poured into void joint which are often seen to a cultural property brick structure, and it evaluated by conducting a compression experiment and a permeability experiment.

ゲーミング実験による系統交通信号の制御原則の習得と制御の改善効果の検討

要旨
In this paper, a traffic simulation model, which has a gaming function, was constructed and it was examined how far the control efficiency is increased by using the model. The gaming is defined here as a function by which one can take part in decision-making whether green signal should be extended or shortened by hitting keys while watching traffic situation on the screen. The simulation is microscopic to duplicate the traffic flow on signalized networks and to visualize it on the computer screen. By exercise human ability capable of visually judging the whole traffic situation, many gaming tests to intervene in coordinated signal control were performed on various traffic scenarios. As a result, it was found that a little improvements were achievement comparing with the fixed-time control without intervention.

落し込み二重板壁による木造耐力壁の開発

要旨
Now, bearing wall in a wooden framed house has rigid common high bearing wall called a diagonal brace and the plywood for structures, and since the present condition is depending for the junction part on hardware or the screw, recently, the tradition method of structure which does not use hardware is being improved. Then, in this research, the horizontally loading experiment was conducted with five examination objects which doubled board and panelized it and with which it drops doubly, a board panel is proposed, and specification is different as a preliminary experiment, and the wall magnification of each examination object and the stability characteristic were clarified. Consequently, it became clear that it is the method of construction which dropped and harnessed the characteristic of Japan cedar material as bearing wall of the single specification from which a board panel constitutes the whole building and which is strong and is sticky doubly.

助成金制度を活用した空き家リフォームの住まい方 : 鹿児島県東郷町における取り組み

要旨
The vacant house use project which cities grapple with is made the research object, and the four cases of the repaired residence used "the subsidy system of the improvement cost"are reported .Though the average of the improvement cost is about 1000000 yen, a minimum is 400000 yen, and the difference in amount of money of the maximum is big with 1710000 yen. The exchange of the flooring,tatami, wall,shoji, fusuma were being done in common. As for the equipment of the rest room, bathroom and kitchen, the case that it wasn't repaired exists. And, the antiseismic reinforcement and the repair of heat insulation weren't being done with all cases.

要旨
The problem that the finishings of brick buildings specified to be a cultural property exfoliates in recent years has arisen. In repair of cultural heritage brick buildings, the present condition is that only selection of simplistic repair material is performed. In this report, the simulation examination object reproducing the state where lime cement mortar finish which is a general wet finish method of structure was given in the outer wall of brick buildings, and the state where mortar finish which is a general wet finish method of structure was given in the inner wall was produced, and the flattery nature examination was performed.
