要旨
CRecentry, the global environment has many serious problems in the world. These problems are also in architectural field. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the characteristic of recent sustainable architecture. This study focuses 114 works published in Shin-Kenchiku and Shin-Kenchiku Jutaku-tokushu, and analyzes then on Classification of the Relation between special field and design. In consequence, these can be classified eight types.

九十八叟院の内外構成 大江宏建築作品における「うち」の構成手法

要旨
Hiroshi Ohe (1913-1989) is an architect who played an active part in Japanese modern times. He had unique thoughts of the characteristic of Japanese building. The aim of this paper is to clarify the spatial composition of Kusohachi-Soin designed by him. In consequence, it is clarified that he composed spatial inside and outside in this building by using three elements. This building is divided in five layers by allotment of grounds by the arrangement of roofs, two layers by multilayer of the roofs, one~four layers by articulation of the space every each ridge.

要旨
Kunio Maekawa (1905−1986) played an important part in the creation of modern architecture in Japan. The purpose of this sutdy is clarify the sequence of lobby space This study focus Saitama prefectural museum,and analyze on following two point, directionality of action and scene. In consequence, there was a clear contrast in the relation of the type of the act and the scene.

潮汐に伴う岸沖方向の流れと構造物設置の影響

要旨
The flow near the shoreline is deeply related to the growth and survival of living things of a tidal flat. Therefore, prediction of the coastal flow due to tides is important. In this paper, the cross-shore current due to the tides is studied combining the continuity equation for one dimensional flow and the water level change. The equations for line flux and the depth averaged velocity were obtained by integrating the continuity equation from the instantaneous shoreline to the arbitrary position beyond the shoreline. Samples of calculation indicate that the stagnation of the flow occurs in front of the vertical structure constructed on the tide flat.

新方式振動水柱型波力発電システムの提案

要旨
This paper proposes the wave power generation system of new OWC (Oscillating Water Column) type. The weaknesses of the previous OWC system are the high-cost structure due to a massive air chamber required to withstand the high pressure, and low efficiency of the special turbine which converts bidirectional airflow into unidirectional rotation of the shaft. In this paper, the new system consisting of a unidirectional turbine and a ratchet mechanism is devised. When the water level is rising the turbine does not work i.e. it rotates freely, which has an advantage that high pressure does not occur inside an air chamber; when the water level is descending the turbine works to generate electric power. Therefore, the air chamber can be lighter and of lower cost than that of the previous system and the efficiency of the turbine is definitely higher than the bidirectional turbine used in the previous OWC system. Consequently, the proposed system has much higher cost performance than the previous OWC system.
