路線バスを利用した中小橋梁モニタリングシステムの実験実証

要旨
In this study, as one solution to the problem for condition assessment of existing short- and medium-span reinforced/prestressed concrete bridges, a new monitoring method using a public bus as part of a public transit system (bus monitoring system) is proposed, along with safety indices, namely, characteristic deflection, which is relatively free from the influence of dynamic disturbances due to such factors as the roughness of the road surface, and a structural anomaly parameter. A basic study was conducted by using the results of technical verification experiments and numerical analysis simulation. This paper describes the details of not only how to assess the bridge condition by public bus vibration measured in operating on Ube City bus network as a specific example for verify the system but also what kind of consideration we need to apply the system to existing bridges in overseas country. And, the degrees of abnormality of the monitored bridges were expressed with the "inspection necessity level" to enable local governments to prioritize their bridge maintenance needs quantitatively.

ひび割れおよび剥離検出のためのVR技術を用いた橋梁目視点検支援システムの開発

要旨
In this study, a novel VR-based system for inspection of deteriorating concrete bridges is proposed to support of the crack and spalling detection which is a key role in existing bridge maintenance. The proposed system, called a VR-based support system for bridge inspection, was applied to an aged bridge for confirming the representing ability of both cracking and spalling damages as a specific example. Experimental results showed that the VR images data with hammering sounds (audio) data have a sufficient ability of representing both crack width over 0.2 mm and a certain spalling area near concrete surface. In this system, the three-dimensional image(photo) data was used to recognize the cracking damage for professional visual inspector. On the other hand, as spalling damage inside the concrete surface couldn’t be identified accurately from only image(photo) data, then the hammering sounds (audio) data was incorporated into the system as an additional function for recoginittion of the spalling damage.

刃形堰の流量と越流水深の評価式の提案

要旨
Calculation of water level of the rivers in which weir(s) exist uses the water level just upstream of the weir as the boundary condition. In this case precision of the weir formula becomes problem frequently. In this study, free fall flow over a sharp crested weir, as the fundamentals of weir hydraulics, has been discussed on the basis of the momentum theorem. The relationship between discharge and upstream head has been given as the equally dependent relationship each other given by dimensionless parameters derived from momentum theorem. Firstly, unique relationship between the ratio of upstream head to weir height and the ratio of critical depth to weir height has been obtained using the previous experimental data. Then the relationship has been corrected considering Reynolds number effect for small scale flow. Reynolds number effect on the correction is similar to that on the drag coefficient of obstacle. The resultant formula showed better agreement than the previous standard formula in wide experimental range.

開水路流れの境界条件に関する検討

要旨
The reason given for the boundary condition of calculation open channel flow leaves some insufficiencies. Calculation for tranquil flow is done toward upstream with downstream boundary condition for depth, the reason is explained as the influence of downstream water level relating to wave propagation. But it is logically wrong since the discussion is based on the equation of steady flow without unsteady term. Mathematically, we have only to give boundary condition where the water depth is fixed and to proceed the calculation from the boundary condition position. Also, since the steady flow can be found by solving the governing equation for unsteady flow with steady boundary condition, boundary condition of the depth for steady flow calculation can be given in the same manner as for the analysis using the characteristic curve method. Boundary condition for free surface is obtained directly by equating the normal components of the velocities of water particles on the surface and of free surface variation.

萩市高山斑れい岩中の磁鉄鉱とチタン鉄鉱の化学組成について

要旨
Kouyama gabbroic body, Susa area, Hagi city, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, were mainly consist with diorite and gabbro. Modal analysis for opaque minerals were performed by microscope. Magnetite and ilmenite including their rocks were studied by ore microscope and electron probe microanalyser. Vanadium contents of magnetite in diorite are ranging from 0.43 to 10.75 wt % V2O3 and average is 1.82 wt % for 220 analytical data. Their content in gabbro are in the range from 0.59 to 3.13 wt and average is 1.93 wt % for 500 analysis. Ilmenite associating with magnetite contains less than 1.13 wt % V2O3 but includes with some amounts of MnO from 0.28 to 5.06 wt% for diorite and 0.12 to 6.20 wt % for gabbro.

山口県の中山間地域における生活圏域構成に関する基礎的研究

要旨
Semi-mountainous areas that have many disadvantages geographically have experienced the brunt of shrinkage processes. Additionally, local governments have implemented the municipal merger as a me asure of financial difficulties. However, it also has a problem of the gaps between an ad ministrative district and the structure of life zone. This study aims to clarify the characteristics of the life zone in the semi-mountainous areas of Yamaguchi prefecture through the time series survey based on the geographical f eatures, river shapes, roads etc. and the actual condition analysis based on questionnair e method for residents. And it also aims to figure out the issues of administrative distr ict based on the characteristics of life zone and to offer the basic data for regional pl anning of the semi-mountainous areas.

Recently, the style of the public library is diversifies. In this situation, it is important to understand needs of the user and the use actual situation. The purpose of this study is to clarify what is demanded in the present public library, by investigating needs of the user and the use actual situation. An investigation showed the place we can eat and drink is needed,the place we can study with talkative, and the liked area.

The purpose of this study intends for production of citriculture space and is to clarify the working and space constitutjon there, an establishment process. Furthermore, through them, I am going to get a suggestion to create the living environment utilized natural energy in the future. As the concrete example, I take away a Mandarin orange warehouse of Yutakamachi, Kure-City, Hiroshima-Prefecture.
